If we made a mistake, or something isn’t working because we didn’t do it correctly, we will be back to fix it at no charge to you.
I have been in the landscape industry since 1987 and I know that there are many companies out there that are merely in it for the money and that try as hard as they can not to come back to your property unless they are getting paid. Many charge for every stop, whether it is for their own mistake or not. Don’t get me wrong, we are here to make money also, but we strongly believe that the best way to do business is to treat every customer fairly. We will treat you and your property the way we would like to be treated if we were the customer.
I am not only a long time contractor, I am also a consumer just like you. I really hate spending my hard earned money and being disappointed with the product or service that I purchased or with the company that I purchased it from. I understand that life isn’t perfect and that people will make mistakes and materials and equipment will fail. These types of mistakes and failures have never really bothered me as long as the company stood behind their product or service and made things right. I am very inspired by how many companies are now treating their customers right and standing behind their products, but there are still far too many that don’t seem to care. We always care about our customers and their properties.
The landscape industry is not overly complex, but there are many separate components that make up every landscape. All of these components need to work well together to make your experience with your yard a positive one. I believe that the more you can get your landscape constructed and cared for by one company, the better it will be, since there are often overlaps and conflicts having multiple contractors on one project. While it may not seem important at the time, having one person oversee your project is important. We have been doing this a very long time and we would be happy to oversee your entire project to make sure that it gets done right to ensure that you have a positive experience.
